Consumer research

 

EUFIC has conducted consumer focus groups in four European countries, testing reactions on different ways to communicate energy, both on the front of food packs as well as on the back of packs.  This research has now been accepted for publication in the Journal of Public Health Nutrition.  Learn more about this work and access the peer-reviewed paper here.

EUFIC Consumer Research

It is important to understand what motivates consumers to make their food choices. The impact that such choices can have upon health, nutrition and lifestyle are fundamental. For this reason, EUFIC has been conducting its own consumer research to gain an understanding of what drives consumers to to eat what they eat.
