Consumer research

EUFIC has conducted consumer focus groups in four European countries, testing reactions on different ways to communicate energy, both on the front of food packs as well as on the back of packs. For this reason, EUFIC has been conducting its own consumer research to gain an understanding of what drives consumers to to eat what they eat.
