T&aacute;to spr&aacute;va, ktor&uacute; publikovala Svetov&aacute; nad&aacute;cia pre v&yacute;skum rakoviny (WCRF) spoločne s Americk&yacute;m &uacute;stavom pre v&yacute;skum rakoviny (AICR), je spojen&iacute;m kvalitn&eacute;ho v&yacute;skumu a medzin&aacute;rodnej vedeckej expert&iacute;zy a poukazuje na vzťah medzi potravou, zložen&iacute;m tela, telesnou aktivitou a r&ocirc;znymi typmi rakoviny.]]></description>

Cieľom je vytvoriť vedeck&yacute; konsenzus v&nbsp;r&aacute;mci Eur&oacute;py o&nbsp;tom, ak&eacute; odpor&uacute;čania v&nbsp;uvedenej oblasti sa daj&uacute; uplatniť, čo by malo r&yacute;chlo a&nbsp;vhodne zmeniť situ&aacute;ciu tak, že by sa vhodn&eacute; odpor&uacute;čania publikovali v&nbsp;n&aacute;rodn&yacute;ch dokumentoch.</p>]]></description>

Kofe&iacute;n patr&iacute; medzi najpresk&uacute;manej&scaron;ie zložky potravy, ale doteraj&scaron;ie vedeck&eacute; poznatky nie s&uacute; &uacute;pln&eacute;, teda st&aacute;le o&nbsp;ňom nevieme v&scaron;etko, čo by sme mohli. <description><![CDATA[ <p>Etiketa s prehľadom obsahu živ&iacute;n je n&aacute;stroj na odovzdanie d&ocirc;ležit&yacute;ch inform&aacute;ci&iacute; o&nbsp;v&yacute;živovej hodnote a&nbsp;zložen&iacute; v&yacute;robku spotrebiteľom, ktor&iacute; tak m&ocirc;žu zhodnotiť&nbsp;sp&ocirc;sob svojho stravovania a&nbsp;životn&eacute;ho &scaron;t&yacute;lu. Žiaľ, nie vždy s&uacute; tieto inform&aacute;cie zrozumiteľn&eacute;. V&nbsp;r. 2004 uskutočnil EUFIC prieskum medzi spotrebiteľmi o&nbsp;tom, ak&eacute; inform&aacute;cie očak&aacute;vaj&uacute; na etiket&aacute;ch. Zistilo sa, že v&auml;č&scaron;ina spotrebiteľov nehľad&aacute; na etiket&aacute;ch inform&aacute;cie o obsahu živ&iacute;n, a&nbsp;mnoh&iacute; si tak&eacute;to inform&aacute;cie nev&scaron;&iacute;maj&uacute;. Pozit&iacute;vnou spr&aacute;vou v&scaron;ak je, že princ&iacute;py zdravej v&yacute;živy s&uacute; vo v&scaron;eobecnosti dobre zn&aacute;me. Dobre zn&aacute;my je aj pojem &bdquo;energia&ldquo; a &bdquo;kilojouly&quot;, hoci &nbsp;len m&aacute;lo konzumentov skutočne vie, ako tieto inform&aacute;cie využiť. EUFIC sa rozhodol presk&uacute;mať, či by mohol in&yacute; sp&ocirc;sob sprostredkovania inform&aacute;ci&iacute; o&nbsp;energetickej hodnote potrav&iacute;n zv&yacute;&scaron;iť z&aacute;ujem spotrebiteľov o&nbsp; inform&aacute;cie na etiket&aacute;ch. A&nbsp;tu sa pon&uacute;ka ot&aacute;zka, či je možn&eacute; zv&yacute;&scaron;iť z&aacute;ujem spotrebiteľov o&nbsp;v&yacute;živu spr&aacute;vnou motiv&aacute;ciou tak, aby&nbsp;uplatnili pravidl&aacute; spr&aacute;vnej &nbsp;v&yacute;živy v&nbsp;každodennom stravovan&iacute;.</p>]]></description>

Tento sp&ocirc;sob hľadania inform&aacute;ci&iacute; v&scaron;ak nie je bez rizika, keďže pri surfovan&iacute; internetom natraf&iacute;te aj na nespoľahliv&eacute; čl&aacute;nky. Ktokoľvek si m&ocirc;že vytvoriť webov&uacute; str&aacute;nku, prostredn&iacute;ctvom nej informovať a vzdel&aacute;vať ale tiež zav&aacute;dzať, pred&aacute;vať alebo pods&uacute;vať vlastn&yacute; n&aacute;zor. &nbsp;Predpoklad&aacute;te, že legislat&iacute;vne org&aacute;ny garantuj&uacute; kvalitu internetov&yacute;ch inform&aacute;ci&iacute;? Hoci je pravdou, že Eur&oacute;pska Komisia vydala viac než 15 s&uacute;visiacich predpisov za posledn&yacute;ch p&aacute;r rokov, ich &nbsp;uvedenie do platnosti po celej Eur&oacute;pe je nesmierne zložitou &uacute;lohou. Okrem toho, internet poskytuje aj pr&iacute;stup k inform&aacute;ci&aacute;m poch&aacute;dzaj&uacute;cim spoza hran&iacute;c Eur&oacute;py, ktor&eacute; nemusia byť chr&aacute;nen&eacute; eur&oacute;pskou legislat&iacute;vou. <description><![CDATA[ <p>Podiel star&scaron;ej popul&aacute;cie v Eur&oacute;pe dnes tvor&iacute; okolo 20% a predpoklad&aacute; sa, že so roku 2020 sa zv&yacute;&scaron;i až na 25%. Najv&yacute;raznej&scaron;ie demografick&eacute; zmeny sa zaznamen&aacute;vaj&uacute; u star&scaron;ej vekovej kateg&oacute;rie popul&aacute;cie (80 rokov a viac) . Množstvo faktorov, medzi in&yacute;mi aj v&yacute;živa prispelo k zv&yacute;&scaron;eniu priemern&eacute;ho veku obyvateľstva. Tento celosvetov&yacute; trend vyvolal zv&yacute;&scaron;en&yacute; z&aacute;ujem o proces starnutia u vedcov, politikov a priemyslu. Na pracovnom stretnut&iacute; Eur&oacute;pskej komisie v novembri 2004, vedci prezentovali jednotliv&eacute; spr&aacute;vy o činnosti zameran&eacute; na v&yacute;živu a starnutie, aby prezentovali svoje v&yacute;sledky, a identifikovali priority v&yacute;živy do bud&uacute;cnosti. V&yacute;živa a starnutie boli aj hlavnou t&eacute;mou 5. r&aacute;mcov&eacute;ho programu Eur&oacute;pskej &uacute;nie, ktor&aacute; financovala 10 v&yacute;skumn&yacute;ch projektov zameran&yacute;ch na t&uacute;to oblasť. Niektor&eacute; z nich sa zaoberali stravou a prevenciou Alzheimerovej choroby (projekt LIPIDIET), funkčn&yacute;mi potravinami určen&yacute;mi pre star&scaron;iu popul&aacute;ciu (projekt CROWNALIFE), alebo vitam&iacute;nom D a jeho v&yacute;znamom pre zdravie kost&iacute;, (projekt OPTIFORD), na čo je zameran&yacute; aj tento čl&aacute;nok.</p>]]></description>

Ryby s&uacute; cenn&yacute;m zdrojom vysoko kvalitn&yacute;ch bielkov&iacute;n, miner&aacute;lov a vitam&iacute;nov. Tučn&eacute; ryby s&uacute; tiež bohat&eacute; na omega-3-polynenas&yacute;ten&eacute; mastn&eacute; kyseliny (PUFA), ktor&eacute; sa bežne považuj&uacute; za užitočn&eacute; pre zdravie. Mohli by sme sa domnievať, že to množstvo faktorov, ktor&eacute; dok&aacute;žu ovplyvniť konanie ľud&iacute; pri v&yacute;bere potrav&iacute;n poskytuje z&aacute;roveň aj prostriedky ako v&yacute;ber potrav&iacute;n u ľud&iacute; zlep&scaron;iť. Av&scaron;ak hlb&scaron;&iacute; v&yacute;skum odhalil, že u ľud&iacute; existuj&uacute; určit&eacute; prek&aacute;žky voči zmen&aacute;m stravovania a zmen&aacute;m životn&eacute;ho &scaron;t&yacute;lu. Vyžaduje sa pohodln&eacute; a r&yacute;chlo dostupn&eacute; jedlo doma alebo za &bdquo;pochodu&ldquo;, ale v&yacute;ber jedla by nemal byť na &uacute;kor n&aacute;&scaron;ho zdravia. Označovanie nutričn&eacute;ho zloženia potrav&iacute;n sa stalo d&ocirc;ležit&yacute;m nielen preto, že konzument m&aacute; pr&aacute;vo vedieť čo obsahuje potravina, ale tiež aby n&aacute;m pomohlo vybrať si spr&aacute;vnu stravovaciu alternat&iacute;vu na dodržanie zdravej, vyv&aacute;ženej stravy. Zoznam v&yacute;robcov potraviny ako aj obsah nutrientov obsiahnut&yacute;ch v potravine je potrebn&eacute; uv&aacute;dzať na etikete, aby sme mohli sledovať v akom množstve čo jeme. Etiketa na potravin&aacute;ch je informačn&aacute; pom&ocirc;cka so zvy&scaron;uj&uacute;cim sa z&aacute;ujmom u konzumentov, pretože vyv&aacute;žen&aacute; strava je spolu s pravideln&yacute;m fyzick&yacute;m cvičen&iacute;m najefekt&iacute;vnej&scaron;&iacute; n&aacute;stroj pre zabezpečenie zdravia a pocitu pohody. </p>]]></description>

Obsahuje rad v&scaron;eobecn&yacute;ch a &scaron;pecifick&yacute;ch &scaron;tandardov bezpečnosti potrav&iacute;n, ktor&eacute; boli sformovan&eacute; za &uacute;čelom ochrany zdravia spotrebiteľov a z&aacute;ruky obchodnej potravinovej praxe podľa regul&aacute;rnych postupov. Potraviny uv&aacute;dzan&eacute; do obchodov pre lok&aacute;lnu konzum&aacute;ciu alebo export musia byť bezpečn&eacute; pre konzum&aacute;ciu a dobrej kvality. Okrem toho, potraviny by nemali byť nositeľmi choroby vyvol&aacute;vaj&uacute;cich organizmov, ktor&eacute; by v dov&aacute;žaj&uacute;cich krajin&aacute;ch mohli po&scaron;kodiť zvierat&aacute; alebo rastliny. </p>]]></description>

M&aacute; to v&scaron;ak svoje opodstatnenie: veď to, čo je jeme a pijeme je niečo, čo ovplyvňuje každ&eacute;ho z n&aacute;s. Cieľom tohto pr&iacute;spevku je pouk&aacute;zať na v&yacute;znam zmrazovania potrav&iacute;n. Chlad pri uskladnen&iacute; potrav&iacute;n sa využ&iacute;va od čias, keď ľudia použ&iacute;vali sneh a ľad na &uacute;chovu svojich &uacute;lovkov.
