Can I eat as many fruits as I like?

Fruits are important for a healthy diet because they are good sources of vitamins and minerals and most of them are naturally low in fat and calories. They are a good snack in between meals. Eating as much fruit as you like is normally no problem at all. Because fruits are among the laxative foods, containing rough seeds and low-digestible carbohydrates fruits can relieve constipation.
