Can you drop pounds fast if everything you eat is fat-free?

"Fat-free" does not mean "calorie free". All the new, nearly fat-free cakes, biscuits and dairy foods to hit our supermarket shelves have lowered their fat content but still provide calories from carbohydrates. Remember that your body must have some oils because they contain fat soluble vitamins and essential fatty acids, that are as their name implies, vital to good health.
