Frequently Asked Questions

Can I eat as much fruit as I want?

Obviously, you have to be sensible. If you eat pounds and pounds of fruit, sugar intake will be appreciable. What’s more, consuming excessive quantities of one type of food often results in eating lesser quantities of others that are just as necessary. Two or three fruits per day is a good average!
