Frequently Asked Questions

Is it true that if you take supplements, you don't need to bother about what you eat?

Supplements may be useful to help fill the gaps in diets of people at certain times in their lives, but they can never replace a varied, balanced diet. It is this kind of diet which supplies a range of protein, fat and carbohydrate sources which themselves provides the body with essential amino acids and fatty acids, vitamins, minerals, phytonutrients and fibre. It is likely that the beneficial effects of these nutrients come from their interactions when consumed together, something that can not be replicated by supplements. MORE QUESTIONS
