Frequently Asked Questions

I would like to know how to store lemons? Shall I put them in the refrigerator or in cold storage?

At home, unused lemons can be stored for few weeks as long as you keep them in a dry, dark and cool place, optimally between 4°C to 10°C. So if you put them in the refrigerator you should store them either in the middle or in the door.

As soon as you cut a lemon in half, you should use them within 2-3 days. Until then, place them with the cut side on a small plate.
