Čo je podcasting?
Podcasting je spôsob, ako získávat zvukové a/alebo video súbory prostredníctvom internetu. Rada poskytovateľov obsahu, vrátane Európskej rady potravinárskych informácií, ponúka podcasting zadarmo. Audio/video nahrávky tak dostanete priamo do svojho počítača. Súbory si môžete vypočuť z počítača, alebo stiahnuť do prehrávača MP3 a vziať si ich so sebou, aby ste si ich mohli prehliadnuť, alebo vypočuť, kedykoľvek budete chcieť.
Ako začať
Všetko, čo potrebujete, aby ste mohli s podcastingom začať, je software. Hneď keď si stiahnete do počítača a nainštalujete príslušný software pre podcasting, stačí už len pridať niektorý zo zdrojov EUFIC pre podcast. Software pre podcasting potom bude automaticky vyhľadávať a sťahovať nové súbory do vášho počítača. Vy si ich potom môžete prehrať do prehrávača MP3.

. Súbor MP3 bude prehraný priamo na vašom počítači.
Ak chcete získať podcastingové výstupy EUFIC:
- Kliknite na tlačidlo
pri výstupe, ktorý chcete prehrať. Môžete kliknúť pravým tlačidlom myši alebo kliknúť na nastavenie (option). - Skopírujte URL do lišty pre adresy vo vašom prehliadači (alebo v clipboarde) a vložte ju do vašej aplikácie pre podcasting.
Food in Action 2007 looks at the motivational and behavioural aspects of obesity. Starting with how food choice develops in a young age, through consumer’s attitudes and behaviour towards food label information, Food in Action 2007 investigates the influence of the environment and the importance that psychological aspects play in the onset of obesity in an early age. Finally, the important role of physical activity in energy balance is tackled, together with ongoing initiatives and programmes aiming at finding solutions.
