Laura joined EUFIC in 2002 as Scientific Affairs Manager. Having read a degree in Dietetics & Human Nutrition, she successfully completed a PhD in Biomedical Sciences at the Catholic University of Louvain in Belgium.
As project coordinator of FLABEL, Laura plays a key coordination role ensuring that all of the consortium partners are kept up-to-date with the latest findings from the academic centres and facilitating access to important stakeholders. She has also played a key role leading the team in conducting the nutrition label penetration audit. |

Dr. Stefan Storcksdieck

Stefan joined EUFIC in 2008 as Nutrition Communications Manager. Prior to this, he earned his Diploma degree in human nutrition from Justus-Liebig-University, Giessen, before successfully completing his PhD on dietary factors influencing iron absorption in the group at ETH Zurich.
Stefan has played an important role in the coordination of the research and has led the analysis of the nutrition label penetration results. In addition, both Stefan and Laura in collaboration with the consortium partners, developed the analytical methodology for conducting this extensive audit. |
