Food science communication trainings

At EUFIC, we believe science is not finished until it’s communicated. Clear, engaging communication is what makes your research visible, accessible, and impactful.
If you’re a food and health researcher looking to share your work more effectively, or a health professional seeking to better engage the public and your peers, our new food science communication trainings are designed for you.
Starting this autumn, we’re opening our training offer to individuals and professionals working in food, nutrition, and health who want to turn complex research into messages that resonate with different audiences.
Why choose EUFIC?
Here’s what sets ours apart:
- Three decades of expertise: With over 30 years in food science communication, we’ve served as communications and dissemination leaders and partners in more than 80 European projects, and delivered training for the European Parliament, European Commission, the Federation of European Nutrition Societies, universities, and more.
- Live and interactive: No pre-recorded modules. Experts will be available for your answers during and after the sessions.
- Learn by doing: Theory matters, but so does practice. Our sessions are built around real-life examples, interactive exercises, and practical tips you can use immediately.
- Accessible pricing for high-quality content: Our goal isn’t our profit, it’s for you to make an impact with your science. We keep prices fair so everyone, including students, can take part, and by hosting sessions virtually via Zoom, we make them easy to join from anywhere.
This year’s sessions:
Each workshop is live, interactive, and held virtually via Zoom, with a maximum of 30 participants to ensure a personal and hands-on experience. It combines case studies from EUFIC’s extensive portfolio with examples from successful external campaigns, showcasing what works, what doesn’t, and how to avoid common pitfalls.
Price: €50 (VAT included) per training. Staff from EUFIC member organisations receive a 40% discount.
Interested in offering regular training to your staff or students? Contact Elisangela Rosario, Membership and Funding Manager at EUFIC, to explore membership options.
