Understanding and engaging diverse audiences for science communication
About the event
Effective communication in nutrition and health requires a nuanced understanding of audiences that extends beyond the simplistic “expert-non-expert” dichotomy. This session explores approaches for audiences’ segmentation and engagement. We will examine how different factors can shape how messages about food and health are interpreted and acted upon.
As with all our trainings, this session will integrate examples from communication campaigns and our social media experience to demonstrate how audience insights can inform message tailoring and engagement strategies.
